While the new WordPress 2.7 with spectacular redesigns expected and control panel are just around the corner, the current panel design WordPress 2.6 still leaves much to be desired, but at the time was an improvement over versions circumstantial older. Admin Drop Down Menu is a plugin (obviously for WordPress) that allows you to modify the visual appearance and order of the Dashboard or Control Panel WordPress, relying exclusively on CSS and a few additional lines of PHP. Basically sort is based on the tools already mentioned (PHP and CSS) menu WordPress Dashboard , giving a style "down" and they improve the appearance and usability.
